This page explains how to request deletion of your German Master app account and associated synced data. German Master is developed by Qortx AI.

How to request deletion

Send an email to qortxai@outlook.com from the Google account you used to sign in to the app. Use the subject line Delete German Master account.

If you cannot send the request from the same Google account, include the email address used for Google sign-in so we can verify and locate the account.

Data deleted

After verification, we delete your app account record and associated synced practice data, including:

• OAuth-linked user identifier and email address
• Device sync identifier
• Submitted answers, correct answers, and result history
• Response timing, CEFR level, hints used, and timestamps

Local device data

Local app data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing German Master app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some records may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention purposes.
